the hotel's prime location made it easy to stroll over to the beautiful jardin botanico de cali, just about 1 km away and also enjoy a lovely meal at pampa malbec only a few steps away, making it a fantastic base for my weekend adventures.

The luxury twin room offered an impressive city view that added a vibrant atmosphere to our stay. The staff made me feel welcome, promptly addressing any queries I had. I particularly enjoyed the delightful cocktails crafted by the bartenders, each sip was a treat....  

I had a delightful stay with spacious accommodations and exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide array of tasty options and attentive staff. The added bonus of a helpful taxi service made my experience even more enjoyable....

I truly enjoyed the incredible spacious suite with a lovely balcony and breathtaking views. The staff's warmth and the hotel's prime location near shopping areas made our visit unforgettable.

The location is excellent, providing quick access to a major mall, making shopping convenient. Although the hot food options for vegetarian diets at breakfast were limited, the buffet offered a variety of fresh and healthy dishes. However, there were issues with noise from staff cleaning late at night, which disrupted sleep quality. Additionally, a lack of response to the disturbances left a negative impression on service. Overall, the combination of amenities and supportive staff doesn't fully compensate for the experience disruption.

Just a solid selection for a short-term stay in Cali with good value considering the price it charged. The warm water in the shower was consistent, which I appreciated after a long day. If you can, make sure to check out the local dining options outside the hotel for a better culinary experience.

The facility is modern , well maintained with a DAILY maintenance crew 👷‍♂️. Staff was super friendly, providing quick responses. Very close to the mall which made shopping easy and added convenience to our stay....

the noise late at night was bothersome. but the room was spacious with a great balcony! the self-service buffet had tons of tasty traditional options. and a wonderful pool nearby made it even better!
